Brian Hahn - Owner

Brian has been in the grocery business for more than 38 years. He took over management of Hahn's Market from his parents in 2003. He's passionate about customer service and has worked in every part of the store at one time or another - these days you'll find him behind the meat counter or in the produce section! He strongly believes the food you eat should make you healthier - not contaminate your body with pesticides and chemicals. To that end, he decided in 2010 to stock Hahn's Market with an impressive selection of organic and higher-quality meats, dairy and produce. When he's not down at the store, Brian stays busy volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America and Hope Lutheran Church. Brian and his wife, Beth, have lived in Eau Claire since 1978 and live with their three children on Lake Wissota, where they enjoy plenty of opportunities for water activities!

Scott Zellmer - Store Manager

Scott Zellmer joined Hahn's Market as the Marketing Manager in September 2008. He took over as Store Manager in January 2010.

Prior to coming to Hahn's Market, Scott was the GM for the Coffee Grounds in Eau Claire for 15 years and co-owner of the Coffee Grounds Cafe for 5 years. There he gained an extensive knowledge of specialty foods, wines and beer. Prior to that he worked for Younker's and Prange's Dept Stores as an area manager in the men's dept. and home stores in both Eau Claire and Oshkosh.

Scott earned a BS in History from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in 1987. He has been married to his wife Addie for over 15 years.
